Safety First: When going to ride a motorcycle, safety should be the first thing on your mind for you, your bike, and a passenger (if you have one). To me, it’s just like going out in cold weather, I check from head to toe; helmet, glasses/goggles (clear or sun glasses), coat (designed for motorcycle riding), gloves, long pants, and shoes (above the ankles). Do I need chaps or rain gear for foul or cold weather? Finally, am I mentally prepared to ride and ride safe?
